ผมเห็นด้วยกับทางแก้ข้อที่สี่ครับเพราะน่าจะเข้าถึงกลุ่มผู้ใช้ทางบ้านได้ง่ายที่สุดครับ อย่างที่ผมพบมาบางคนยังใช้งานinternetไม่เป็นเลยแต่แกพยายามศึกษาจากหนังสือเอาครับ(ที่ว่าเนี้ยแกใช้winครับ) ดังนั้นหากมีคู่มือมากๆ ก็น่าจะทำให้คนหันมาสนใจมากยิ่งขึ้นครับ
